Submersion „gründeln“

- An audio- installation regarding viennese undergrounds

We think of the underground as a space, where other rules apply and where space is not politically superior like others and thus exclude. As the subsoil of all of us, the underground metaphorically rises up the question of how much space each one has- literally but also within a society.Penetrating these spaces and revealing them would endager their special characteristics and could lead to an occupation. In the form of a documentary we want to show conversations, relationships between the "owners" of knowledge and fragments of underground places. We aim to find a method that allows knowledge to be partially left underground, so that no expropriation but a discussion about it can take place.
